Uses

·      Headaches and migraines

Applications

·      Add 5-6 drops to a diffuser to help with respiratory problems.

·      Add 2 drops to a tablespoon of lotion and apply to areas of distress and/or pain.  For headaches or migraines, apply to temples and back of the skull. For digestive problems, apply to the abdomen.

 Cautions

·      Be cautious with using peppermint at night as it is a stimulant and may interfere with sleep.

·      Never apply essential oils directly on your skin.  Always apply with lotion or with carrier oil.

·      Never ingest essential oils
