Applications

·      Add 5-6 drops to a diffuser to help with respiratory problems.

·      Add 2 drops to a tablespoon of lotion and apply to areas of distress, such as chest, back and soles of the feet.

·      Add 2 drops into a bowl of hot water and use as a facial steam.

Cautions

·      Never apply essential oils directly on your skin.  Always apply with lotion or with carrier oil.
